About the role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you keep every load moving from booking to delivery. You work between customers, carriers and our dispatch team to plan routes, confirm schedules and solve problems before they reach the customer. It is a fast paced role for someone who stays calm, communicates clearly and likes owning the details.
What you’ll do
- Plan and schedule pickups and deliveries for vehicles, RVs, boats and freight
- Match each load with a vetted, insured carrier and confirm rates and timing
- Track shipments in transit and keep customers updated at every milestone
- Resolve delays, route changes and paperwork issues quickly and calmly
- Prepare and check bills of lading, rate confirmations and delivery records
- Coordinate multi unit and dealership moves with the dispatch team
- Keep load details accurate in our transportation management system
What you’ll bring
- 1 year or more in logistics, dispatch, freight brokerage or customer service
- Clear, friendly communication by phone and email
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle many loads at once
- Comfort with spreadsheets and load boards, or the drive to learn them fast
- Problem solving under time pressure
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in our Medford office
